he doesn't have a quebec accent. it sounds more like a franco-ontarian accent. he has a very strong french accent when he speaks, but he expresses himself very well. so (sorry to burst your bubble) his cute little accent is not quebecois! it's clear that he learned french in quebec (the "quoi" proves it!)

il n'a pas un accent quebecois. on dirait un accent franco-ontarien. Il a un accent anglais tres fort quand il parle, mais il s'exprime bien. alors son petit accent mignon n'est pas quebecois :) mais c'est claire qu'il a appris a parlé fracais au quebec (le "quoi" le prouve!)

its really hard to explain (on the internet!!) the difference between a quebec accent and a french one.. hmm how can I explain.. the french speak really well (like that dude on the video) and in quebec, we kinda mess up the french language haha..
A simple example, instead of saying Oui (yes), we say Ouain! loll

You know, I speak French from France but I seriously prefer the Quebec accent(I live in Montreal now).I think it's cute and full of musical.French (from France) sounds a little pompous.
He does have a nice French though. I really like him
