@zaputzaput1 No one did this tune as great as Peter Allen -- after all, he wrote it. He did the tune in his Radio City Hall concerts, dancing with the Rockettes high kick line.

I saw Anne do this so many times in concert. It was total kichy and the fans have always loved it (Bruce Allen decided to drop it from later years touring). There is only one Anne...

Lol... Those "22 horn dogs" with shovels are actually 'The Men of the Deeps', North America's only coal miner's choir.
Anne was born and raised in a mining town called Springhill (Nova Scotia, Canada), not far from where the 'Men' originated (Cape Breton), so that's the connection...
Notice the silver mining helmet one of them puts on her head at the end of the song?
(the clip is from the 'Anne Murray Christmas Special' that was broadcast in 1982).

she should have done the magic trick at the beginning. the trick should have been called "look how I can make 22 horn dogs with shovels disappear..." not even in my nightmare do 22 of those appear together...sweet jaysus.
