  • Iron is to hot. It's not suppose to smoke

  • Wat do u use to scrape it?

  • What do you use to buff it?

  • what do you use to buff it?

  • You dont want the iron to smoke at all it makes all the chemicals in the wax smoke and ruins the wax.

  • What kind of pad do you use to buff the board?

  • will this ruin my mom's iron? :D

  • ur freaking awsome man !!!!

  • well... and why iron smokes (fumes?) ? On 0:55, hm ;>

  • @ellox0 It's the wax smoking like a candle does...

  • @linkmen well, i know that it was wax smoking (it was ironic question ;P), but it shouldn't be.

wax should be melting... it smokes when it is burning..

  • Its so easy! Thanks!@

  • Thanks, Really useful video. i have got a kit that came with one of my boards and it was got wast looks like little tubes of wax but they dont seem to melt on the iron.do you know what they could be

  • @Scooterez

If that was the one ball jay kit, you melt those with a torch to fill gouges in your base.

    Hope this helps!

  • what do u use to buff

  • @MrYellowhippo scotch bright pad or brush

  • this is literly the only helpful expert village clip. What is he using to scrape and buff?

  • Where do I get this "elbow greese"

  • i believe that elbow grease is a term used to say something about extending the elbow and working it :P

  • my base is white yellow and blue so its gonna be hard to see the wax

  • Awesome! Thanks for the help! Really appreciated.

  • Some people say you must unscrew your bindings before you wax. Is that necessary?

  • @totalgeek1994 yes because the bindings will pull on your board and create little lifted spots. this wont let you get wax into those spots as well.

  • @totalgeek1994

necessary?! is it necessary to drink my own urine? No, but ts sterile and i like the tangy taste!

  • @totalgeek1994 The binding screws tend to suck the base into the binding, leaving small indents. Not removing the binding will cause the wax to not cover the area under the binding. Its not necessary to remove the binding but it helps alot

  • Dog Poo lol

  • what do you use for the scraper and the buffer??

  • looks like a piece of plexy glass for the scraper

  • does this work well?

  • yeah, can u buy it at like sportcheck or sumthing ? :)

  • Where do you buy the wax?

  • I got mine in a tuning kit I bought, but you can go to any local ski shop and pick some up.

  • you can buy it at like sportchek, sport mart, united cycle, skier's sportshop, and many other places
