If you have fasciculations please do yourself a favor and get a Western Blot Test for Lyme disease. These type of symptoms are often caused by an infection of the spirochete Borrelia Burgdorferi. Not just ticks, but many other bloodsuckers can transmit Lyme along with many other nasty co-infections and parasites. It is very important to consult a Lyme literate doctor (LLD), either before or after your western blot test. As soon as I started antibiotics my fasciculations drastically decreased
I just read the following on Wikipedia about fasciculations:
Magnesium Deficiency can cause both fasciculations and anxiety
...
Green vegetables such as spinach provide magnesium because of the abundance of chlorophyll molecules which contain the ion. Nuts (especially cashews and almonds), seeds, and some whole grains are also good sources of magnesium.
@HylianFury I don't know much about ALS but I read this from a forum after googling it:
"my neurologist told me that with ALS, fasciculations are the last thing that usually happens with the disease...that the muscles get weak first and the fasiculations happen FROM the muscles deteriorating after a while."

I don't know, but search for Fasiculation on here or elsewhere, there are other people who have had a similar problem.

No, it's just occasional, although I do have frequent issues with muscle tightness which appears to contribute to my RSI.
