First, nowhere in the story does it state that the fruit was an apple. Second, it was the "tree of the knowledge of good and evil" (Gen 2: 17), not just "knowledge" in general. Third, I believe the word you're looking for is "intelligence", not "inelegance". Know what you're talking about before you post weak arguments like this.
Lastly, you're from the States - learn how to spell properly, and people might actually put some weight behind your arguments.

my point was that whatever differences there are between Christians and Muslims (and I think there are fewer than most realize), our origins are virtually the same.
"Allah" is just a different name. In fact, it is literally Arabic for "one who is worshiped." It's one of many names for God used in parts of the Bible
