-Steam is water, which is oxygen and hydrogen bonded together. Turning it to HHO gas separates them. Burning it oxidizes the hydrogen and it turns to water. It doesn`t turn into water without burning.

This video is a demonstration of advanced electrolysis that separates the Hydrogen from the Oxygen and burns the hydrogen strictly as a gas.

also the energy used to convert from H2O to HHO is greater than using fuel, it's still a reliable fuel source that can be stored. Imagine having solar cells turn water into HHO then it would greatly increase efficiency as a fuel source

There's something in chemistry called an isomer. These are molecules with the same atoms, but different structure. When you change the structure of a molecule, you change it's function. HOH is water. HHO is something different.

From what I can tell from the video, what's happening here is that one of the hydrogen atoms is probably exciting (HHO). This is temporary because the molecule is unstable, but it's stable long enough to do something.

The technology to produce energy from water has been here and why not put into use. Who is guilty of creating war, Sadamn Hussein?
