service from KLM is great. But just 1 point i don like. arive in KL at 2150, wait 20 minutes for baggage, get a taxi, took 5 minutes and reach home midnight

Service from KLM is great.

Just 1 point what im not satisfied of and thats the catering.

I flew in april-may 2010 from Amsterdam to Jakarta and back.

But the food that we got in economy claas was not good.

Especially on the flight back to amsterdam it was terrible!!!

KLM should consider to get another catering service.

For the rest.....im pretty satisfied with KLM

I flew this route 2 weeks ago too! KLM crew were awesome, as was the aircraft. Definitely THE way to travel to Bali from Singapore.
