AVOID this company. MA franchise is a joke, would have cost me $1000 more to hire a contractor, they gave me a budget for my loan company that turned out to be $50k off, they give you only their subcontractors as bids, not actively seeking out bids, and they do what's in their best interest, not the customer's! I don't know about other Ubuildits, but they are all contractors, so research them BEFORE working with them.
