"Clear hot" is a signal given by troops on the ground to the overhead close air support pilot. It means that the pilot is clear of friendly troops and can drop their ordnance.

"wong level" means the wings of a fixed wing CAS aircraft is leveled. aka: the aircraft is lineup with the target and ready to release the payload.
