I went from 287 LB to 212 LB and I'm proud of it (212 LB is where I hit muscle). Losing the weight is possible and I want to make that clear. As long as your activity level matches your diet its ok... I can eat three hamburgers and a baked potato a couple times a day. But I only weigh a 150 because I run close to 10 miles a day. It's only partially because of how much you eat. Sitting on your butt all day and eating a "normal" diet will get you chunky believe it or not...
