The Lambo is essentially a product of German engineering too, with the Audi quattro drivetrain and engine technology. They showed the Lamborghini smoking the Porsche in a drag race too. Different courses, different horses...

The lambrghini uses part odf the german technology, but is an Italian piece designed by Giugiaro and made in Italy.
we can compare it with a Ferrari, but Porches are not even close to this level.

Armin Schwarz is not objective with all his Porsche racecars.
When you really want to compare; just give three average racedrivers both cars for a week time and the Gallardo Superleggera wins ;-)

He said the Gallardo is faster in a straight line, but that the gt3 offers more for less. Its lighter and faster around the curves.
