Actually depending on the camera, most camcorder can have a min input. Just run the thin wire into the cabin.

They do sell "cups" or shields that surround the mic so the incoming air wont cause wind static, thats what they use for professional outside movement recording. I dont really like the cam view of this video. I like to actually see the car, maybe at 1/4 rear panel view?? Or even inside, pass window view. Sometimes its cool to see how the driver responds to the track, almost like you're there.
