  • @Grav1tyShock Hey Grav - Lots of lean beef, chicken, fish, eggs, water, green leafy vegs, skim milk and Perfect Protein protein powder right after every workout. Creatine for 2 weeks every 2 months.... and lots of water and sleep!!!! Train hard - cheers/

  • @kojiyamadagifu1 - Hi! Pls cehck out my website, which explains how you'll need at least 20 full pull ups/chin ups to start one arm pull up training. Same for muscle -up - there's a lot of free training info on the site. Train hard - best cheers!

  • @marcusbondi hey marcus, I have gone from 8 chins to 17 chins in about two months, and ive been stuck at 17, dropping to 16 some weeks, for like 3 weeks now, why has this happened? regimen is 4 sets of pulls one rep from failure each set, 3 times per week. Diet and rest have also been the same. how do i break out of this little rut, im also looking for 20 chins to get the OAC training started

  • @artakisthebest - Try adding small weight - just 1 or 2 kg - you can put a water bottle on a back pack! Ands start going to failure, and then HANG as long as you can until you drop off! Best cheers

  • @marcusbondi in your website you said I (and everyone) need at least 20 full pull ups to start training for the one arm.did you mean all consecutive or can I take a break for ex after the first 10 ? for break I mean I'm still hanged to the bar without touching in no ways the ground but I just stop pulling me up for like 4-10 seconds.see u man

  • @kojiyamadagifu1 They should be consecutive pull ups - as long as you stay on the bar that is good, but try to develop FAST EXPLOSIVE pulling up technique, that is, not slow. Also, try adding small weight - just 1 or 2 kg - you can put a water bottle in a back pack! And start going to failure, and then HANG as long as you can until you drop off! Train hard bro!

  • @godofthisshit had the same problem man from doing to many pull ups. im afraid the only real way to sort it is rest. which i know is a total bitch!

  • Good stuff, honestly having served in elite forces (albeit for a very short time - got discharged with a knee injury) I can't ever go to a gym again. Outdoors is where its at mix your training up.

    People in the gym with livestrong bracelets and motivational quotes telling them how to do shit are just week in the head.

  • I just did a first attempt. I can't hold it anywhere near straight. Although, I did better than I thought. I'll have to practice it in a few months, I have some other things I'm trying to learn to do like handstand pushups (still trying to balance so I can do more than two).

  • hi boggy - practice hanging as clsoe as you can to front lever - with legs tucked, then as you get stronger slowly extend one leg at a time.... cheeers- train hard!
