He's 50 percent right. Some charities don't put the money you and I donate in the people's hands. A safe bet is the Red Cross. The Haitian Government intercepts a lot of other channels of charities. There has already been reports in the U.S. of phony charities formed in the last 24 hours that are taking advantage of this tragedy.
