@littleblondemop thanks! My goal is tailbone length, I'll probably stop if it ever gets to my thighs. but even if it were ever that long, i still have sooo much shrinkage so it wouldnt look that long. And I wear my hair in natural styles 99.9% of the time. So I'm not sure!

Omg it's so thick and long, I can only become sad when looking at this because my hair is sooooooo thin and it's brittle and breaks easily no matter what I put in it, it won't thicken or grow how I want it to :-(

@Babeparadise1 most of my routine is just protecting my hair. my hair is kind of fine and i dont like moisturizing it daily so protecting it is key! im wearing braids for 2 months right now, and when i take them out ill probably wear a twist out for a few weeks & then put braids right back in. thats mainly what ive been doing for the past 7 years. i dont moisturize daily bc my hair doesnt need it, as long as when i do moisturize it i seal the moisture in with a heavy oil. usually every 3-4 days.

@Onegurrrlrev You cant prejudge. hair length can be genetic and is usually a certain way. Black people ususally have thicker wavy and curly hair and its usually shorter. but like this girl said as long as you take care of your hair it will grow.There are plenty of people who have darker skin tone and have nothing to do with being black like arabs, indians, dominicans My parents are both Brown and i came out light af. most would guess im Mixed and or mexican . Im west indian/carribean

@MissReeseyD it's about knowing how to retain length. Black hair is just more fragile because of the texture. It's apparent black people have an obsession with hair, skin tone, and being mixed. I am caribbean american find it funny when people see a black girl with long hair and ask what her ethnicity is or if she is mixed. Most black women don't know that all they need is protective styling,NO heat/chemicals, & moisture. I just kept my hair natural and in braids. Now it's bra strap length.
