The yaks are lvl 22 i think and to travel there you have to have a seal of passage

i dont think whip is too great to train strength with. It dosent have a stength option, only controled attack and defence. i would say Ss or a Zgs or dragon scimmy is a better choise.

Yaks are level 22 combat, with 50hp which makes them very good for training on, they can be found on the members-only Fremennik island of Neitiznot, which can be accessed part-way into the Fremennik trails quest.

you can but it will take away the time you spend to kill the yak, if you really want to make money just pick up yak hides they sell for like 80 gp each.
