I agree, I don't give my youngsters shots until they are at least 6-8 weeks depending on if they have a nest mate. I think it's better to do it later, as it allows the young birds own immune system to develop better.

You're right they don't look healthy. Look at the bird in the middle at 1.06 that bird looks sick. Also I would never ever have straw on the floor, it's a breeding ground for parasites and it just covers the dirt. I do agree with one thing he said, I won't vaccinate the birds until they are at least a month old, this lets the birds develop their own immune system first.
