Sorry but i dont really see this being beneficial for anything. There is such a small range of movement with a weight that looks uneccesarily heavy and to be honest with you it does kinda look like your back is under a lot of pressure from the video. Wouldn't your deadlifting with a proper straight back not build up sufficient back tendon strength? Or maybe something like good mornings or hyperextensions? Just seems like you're picking up 320kg just to say youve picked it up..
i know what it is a deadlift.. and that.. what you doing up there is very good to F... your back but that is up to you.. i want size and strength not just strength and no size at all.. And i know very well spartan gym.. and you by the way.. you are the one who says you don't need any music and tv and nobody else coz spartan gym is not a cheap gym.. is a place just to trein.. remmenber....
But obvious now you have a difrent ideia.. Don't you...??
why do you say that......gym has background music as always, tv is there to show dvds of similar training methods.......as from 2010 gym will become invitation only
explain further please, this is a rack pull for developing tendon strength, if it was from the floor it would be a deadlift, i am able to pull 180 from the floor 1 handed and can pull 225 from the floor 3 handed, i have also done rack pulls now up to 380kg
