The Tree set in this game and MK 4 were the shit but the theme was different in 4. Kinda scared me a lil at 1st but it was nothing afterwards.

This will forever be my favorite song in MK history. It fit the level so incredibly well.

And honestly, the 1st time I played MK Trilogy was at age 5 (1996), on the PS1, and the Living Forest scared the hell out of me even then, it wasnt even the stage or the roaring trees, it was the song.

Trust me. If you played Trilogy as a kid (like I did), The Living Forest would most likely be your worst nightmare. It's safe to saw that the living forest is creepy in all Mortal Kombat games lol

Wow a classic Mortal Kombat stage that they brought back more than once! I loved how you would see people peek out from behind the trees when you're kicking their ass! In their mind they are probably thinking "man, that guy is getting owned!"

IDK why but it was never the growling tress that scared me, it was that smiling tree. I always thought and still think to myself, "What is that tree smiling for when all the others are sad or growling? Must be up to something sneaky, I just know it!"
