It might be a good idea to address the fact that Throw, Flip Stance and Tag are all macros (for 1+3, 3+4 and 2+4, respectively), and as such aren't really necessary. Since the game doesn't tell you this anywhere, and doesn't even let you play without having those actions assigned to buttons, there seems to still be a fair amount of confusion and ignorance regarding this.

I would have thought the easiest button layout for TE sticks would be the same as the default but with the block on the upper button for your ring finger. Then it would be pretty similar to japanese style layout (excluding 4).

hey i was just wondering if your set-up for the arcade stick would work well with tag mode. I couldn't find a setup that felt comfortable so i started using a controller instead, but I like the stick better.

Yeah, most sites are using FP,BP,FK,BK, but 1,2,3,and 4 are much easier to read and use. Those letters need to stop. Bring back the numbers!

good stuff.. but i would love to see a basic MK tutorial from a SF player's perspective.there are so many different fundamentals in this game game.. like how do i get in? are there cross ups? techs? meaties? how to do combos? are they like, links? target combos? chains? it would be awesome for you guys to directly compare them to SSF4.
