can you dye your eyebrows with just regular hair dye?

@MusicManiaacify very basicly: you could. BUT it is not recommended, because it is very dangerous if any gets in your eye, or near since the fumes are harmful as well. Special eyelash/eyebrow dye is made to be less dangerous if it gets near or in the eye by accident, so if it does get in your eye, you wont go blind as quickly. For eyebrows it's less likely, but it's easy to get it in your eyes when doing your lashes.

@tomorrowsprincess it's just like dying your hair except it's your eyebrows. Like if you dyed your hair bright pink, regular colored eyebrows wouldn't look the best so you'd dye them.. as for the other question. I don't know.

Please PLEASE who ever watches this make sure you do a patch test 42hrs before you do this. Also remove ALL make up around the area , cleanse the eye area with a non-oily remover! Also all different hair colour take longer to take with the dye. e.g. Red heads and grey haired people.

Basically, this particular eye tinting kit, for eyelash tinting, you fill the glass just below half way, and you use 5 drops. For eyebrows, you use half of the eyelash tinting mixure and 3 drops :) (i'm a fully qualified beautian, btw)

yeah vaseline works great around your forehead neck etc to stop dye getting on you! or even a moisturiser if i have run out of vaseline i slap an inexpensive one on fairly thick! no more dyed forehead.
