Mine died June 22 at 2:00 am and that day I was inconsolable,I even cried when my husband

buried my parakeet and I still cry now and then. He was a very beautiful,sweet and

special bird and I am sure yours was too. You can write some poems for your beloved

little friend or put pictures of him in your room to remember the good things.Pray for your

bird and just think he is now with the angels and with God. Blessed is your liittle friend in

heaven.

@quelita28 I am so sorry for your loss, it is very emotional. I still have Budgie's blog up and some pictures, thank you, it really does help. I burred Budgie under the Jasmine bushes outside where nothing could disturb her. Every time I leave I see the spot and have happy memories. Thank you for your kind words.

@yellowdog439 What do you mean by looks horrible, is your Budgie soaked? If so,it's fine, just make sure your place is warm until he/she is dry. They love the water so they will get soaked a lot. . = )
