Guys most of your questions are answered on this pdf file, metals to use, heat problems, spacing, quantities of electrolyte, all there for you to read and learn, ill just ask is 5 seconds of your time in adds and then skip the add and the pdf will be loaded, the link is this one --> adf. ly/2rV6g don't forget to remove the space after you copy paste it to your browser thumbs up if you like it Thx in advance !
Ok much better, now add two more larger washers to each group and your are there. This will put ~2 volts per cell element and this will give you more production and less heat.
The 1 1/4" washers on the outside are Positive, then Five 2" washers, and then Negative Center washer. The other side is the same thing, so I basically have two cells in one.
No heat issues, the connectors get warm, but not HOT.
I'm already working on a DryCell version, so I won't be making any more modifications to this design, because I'm using the parts from this one to build the new cell.

What guage of wire did you use on this design? 12, or 14?

I wonder if using magnets instead of washers would create a better HHO output.

Oh BTW this is at 12V right?

Do you have a flow meter that you can give us some numbers as to your HHO production and efficiency? That would be useful.

This design was more or less for proof of concept. I have since focused my efforts on more efficient dry cell designs.

Thanks, but it is already configured to 2v ea.

You make me want to stack a piece of pvc full of washer's with holes drilled in the washers. No gasket but still like a dry cell kinda.

Nice. If you do, be sure to post a vid.
