HHH was the only 1 punished in an incident in the late 90's since the other fellas involved would either leave the WWF/E or were superstars that couldn't be suspended because they were too important to the company. So HHH was the one taking the full punishment given by the mcmahon family. Ofc later with Stephanie and shit things got better :) But before that he had to build it up himself again.
