Big NO NO. Never add coconut water to a batch. Pour our separately and taste to see if it's off. THEN you add it. That way you don't lose the whole batch if you add a spoiled one in. Amateur....

The only crumby thing is that coconuts are hard to come by in Canada. When I manage to find them..they are so expensive. I wonder if David would recommend canned (probably not) or something?? Does anyone have a suggestion?

I live on a caribbean island so coconuts grow all year round and the island is laiden with coconut vendors.

If you like in larger cities, check out Asian supermarkets if they have one there. That's where I got mine and they sell them in cases.

Yeah, DW eats zero soy. Also, he doesn't do high intensity training like a lot of raw foodists do. He's not into going to gyms. He likes being outside gardening and hiking, hunting mushrooms etc. His career also demands a lot of desk time writing and researching.

You guys are crazy. Those aren't "breasts." Theyr'e called pecs and most men who are in shape have them. David Wolfe doesn't look out of shape at all. Besides, David Wolfe doesn't really eat soy. Most educated living food eaters don't consume soy, except for maybe fermented organic soy every now and then.

Probably. But it's probably because he eats a lot (of chocolate!) and doesn't get much physical activity. I heard he gives hundreds of lectures and travels around the world every year.

But I bet somebody who had his lifestyle on the standard Amercan diet would look much much worse.
