Oh well even if Alan had gone through the hole and back to Brandford he'd only get sucked back into the game again just as we have seen in all the other episodes that he had until the last one. As we know no matter what you do the game never fully let's you go until you've solved your clue.
They're so concerned about the wellbeing of some tribe in Jumanji, and yet they pretty much plan on destroying the whole Jumanji universe after they get all their pals out of there. :P
