Narrated Abu Salama from Ibn Abbas : (addressing to the people on the funeral of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Abu Bakr said, “Amma ba’du, whoever amongst you worshipped muhammad, then muhammad is dead, but whoever worshipped Allah, Allah is alive and will never die. Allah said: ‘muhammad is no more than an Apostle and indeed (many) Apostles have passed away before him ..(up to the) grateful.’ ” (3.144)

And We granted not to any human being immortality before you (O’ Muhammad), then if you die, would they live forever? [21:34]

Say (O’ Muhammad): “I am only a man like yourselves; it is revealed to me that your god is one Allah, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord.” [18:110 and 41:06]

The Prophet went to her and entered upon her. She was a lady sitting with a drooping head. When the Prophet spoke to her, she said, "I seek refuge with Allah from you." He said, "I grant you refuge from me..."
