Missed you! So glad you're getting paid for your videos now....if I could offer a suggestion though? Eight or so minutes is a long time to watch something in complete silence, so maybe you might want to consider a voice over or something along those lines? Can't wait for more videos!

Your videos have really inspired me - I recently graduated from a culinary program without any real clue as to what I wanted to do. I loved baking but I didn't think I would be good enough (Shakey hands and muscle problems causing them to cramp up while piping or just kneading dough).
