For another, it's the entire theme of the game itself. Notice that everyone in the camp reacts to it with pensiveness, save Morrigan, who basically dismisses it. Morrigan wants to cheat fate and prevent you from sacrificing your life for a noble cause, the exact opposite of what the song preaches.

@AndyRaslan I do the Ultimate Sacrifice ending all the time with the Male Human Noble and romance Zevran. It's the most heartbreaking ending (especially when you read what happens to Zevran, who was in love with you.)

The book is called "In Uthenera" which is this song's name, and you get lyrics and translation of it at the same time^^ when you get to camp and talk to her, no matter what one might answer, the song is triggered, or at least what I think:P but I might be wrong.
This thing got me by surprise. I wasn't really expecting her to sing something like this, I was so "WTF" at that moment that I couldn't appreciate the song.

Hmmm... it's such a beautiful scene, but I almost think that the emotional impact would have been higher if there had been no accompanying music and it had been just the sound of her voice. Just my thoughts.
I love the character, totally, but oh man, this was just awkward and pretty embarrassing to watch. The facial animation and the animation overall just doesn't match the singing, and the voice actor isn't the same (well, obviously, if the "real Leliana" can't sing) and that makes it a bit dumb.
Other than that, it's a beautiful song, I like it, it's just the overall implementation that fails.

They should've used an animated cutscene instead of the actual conversation engine they had in the game. The engine just doesn't handle emotion very well.

The first part of the armor will be in your char inventory ( after making a new char ) and the rest of the pieces can be bought in the dwarven merchant at the camp .
@AKSsasori make sure you redeem it at the right page, you redeem it at a different page, I forget where, but I had trouble at first, read the instructions carefully, I have it now, it works fine

I love the character, totally, but oh man, this was just awkward and pretty embarrassing to watch. The facial animation and the animation overall just doesn't match the singing, and the voice actor isn't the same (well, obviously, if the "real Leliana" can't sing) and that makes it a bit dumb.
Other than that, it's a beautiful song, I like it, it's just the overall implementation that fails.
Don't hate on me.

I think this scene works because of the reactions of the party. It seems to be more about them than Leliana anyway.

Well, that's true. The reactions of the other characters were well done. Still I just felt a bit embarrassed, because I like Leliana the best out of all the other characters.
Such a scene could've used a bit more perfected animations, but yeah, as I already said, I do like it.

Yeah you're completely right. They should have made it into a CG scene. This is one of those times that would have been better.
I hope they improve the animations and facial expressions for the second game. I hated the fact that the main character had NO expression what so ever during 99% of the game. It was very awkward. Only flaw of the game really. :/

@ruffryder1109 Hatter gonna hat. As for your original comment, yeah, it's a game, but I've seen games do things like this and actually succeed mighty well through cutscenes. They should've used an animated cutscene instead of the actual conversation engine they had in the game. The engine just doesn't handle emotion very well.
I'm gonna let your negative attitude go unnoticed for the most part, since clearly you lack the intelligence to form sentences without that internet-tough-guy-attitude.

The first part of the armor will be in your char inventory ( after making a new char ) and the rest of the pieces can be bought in the dwarven merchant at the camp .

@AKSsasori make sure you redeem it at the right page, you redeem it at a different page, I forget where, but I had trouble at first, read the instructions carefully, I have it now, it works fine
