i think its a good idea,,we never seen jason in the winter time... maybe the opening can show him walking through the snow with a body, or travelers driving by ,(lost) and get killed,,then finish the movie in the summer time

They could do the winter thing like they did the opening sequence in the remake in my opinion. Have people interested in purchasing the property of Camp Crystal Lake stake it out in december during the winter so they can prepare now to get it ready for the summer. Jason arrives and slaughters them to show he's still there and to get the fuck off his turf. Cue "Friday the 13th Part 2" ki ki ki ma ma ma fast forward 6 months later till june then there you go, summertime.

hehehehe that's what bloody-disgusting said....It was A Chilly Friday the 13th with Cooler kills...one thing they are taking into consideration (according to fans) is better kills in 2...I just don't want to see it in winter..wish I could write it (2) then it would be better..I already thought of a way to tie in the remake to the older stuff but what do I know I'm only a Horror geek!
