question. I'm fully new to day trading and something that is confusing me is the P/L Open, P/L Day. MSFT I short @ 27.84, it goes up 27.89; I know that I have lossed 5 cents. But my P/L is saying I'm +$19.41 on my position. I am very confused by this and it is a regular occurence. Any suggestions or explanation? Thanks

I trade only 10 minutes a day I spend 5 minute at 2pmUK time then 5 minute 10 pm UK time I have tremendous success in trading. average over 200pips per week. I turned 10.000 in to 100000 in just one year

I used to be a trader, worked 6:30-7, biggest waste of time ever. Extremely stressful, gets obsessive and you spend your whole waking hours thinking of how to make that little bit more and to get an edge. Just a waste of time. So stressful and such terrible hours that it pretty much was hell for the 4 years I worked/. Luckily last year I took the decision of quitting, started up business and almost make as much as I did in trading. Best decision of my life. Fuck trading.

Also, what software are using and who's your broker account with? Even $50 dollars but depends on which broker you use they charge you $5-$9 bucks a trade so if you wanted to buy coca-cola for $50-cents a share you can buy 10 shares for $10 dollars PLUS the broker online free which is usually $5-$9 bucks and your good to go, just have to watch the stock if it does good or bad though.
