@davohhx it's legit. in 2005, Neil Blomkamp was asked to make a Halo movie (set between halo 1 and 2) with Peter Jackson as the executive producer, however they had serious issues with funding as Blomkamp and Jackson wanted everything to be real to CGI. they designed the Warthogs and were fully operational, but it cost a lot. 20th Century got into a fight with Universal and the project was put on hold. this footage was originally released as an extended trailer for the movie
