@toomanyscreennames Actually, the JETS under Rex play a base 3-4 but you'll see a 4-6 a 4-3 shit a 1-3-7...They aren't going to convert to strictly being a 4-3 defense under Rex since they mix it up but yes, they have played 4-3 at times w/ Ghost @ DE, LB and as I said before even DT. The dude is almost useless right now.

Vernon Gholston has great athleticism and is a physical freak, but he has zero technique and only one pass rush move (speed). If you watch college tape of him, you see this. I want him to succeed so we can vindicate the high pick we used on him, but I fear that he is indeed going to go down as one of the biggest busts in draft history. Zero sacks? Come on, man....

They should just put skirts on QB's with a dont touch sign. HE was unblocked thats how he got most of his sacks in college, NOt many were shedding blockers they were missed assignments, which happens more in college with there studies for a degree and all , but it doesnt happen much in the NFL. VG has to be able to beat his man one on one 2 make it

I don't anything good on this vid for Gholson. first play he gets out run to the sideline by the QB and he ends up just falling down out of bounds. second play is nothing special, he was completely unblocked and then took a penalty.

I will never give up hope on any jets player. Hell look at Wayne Cherbate goes from undrafted nobody to Hero to every jet fan. Also After watching # 88 in the jets final fan open practice i said "Wow he's pretty good!"

and you know what right before he got a 70 yard TD I whispered to my self "#88 will get a catch maybe a big one..." then BAM! TD!!!! Ps look at the highlights of that game and see it and maybe you woun't give up hope on ANY of are players.

That's Allison. I think we got him from Minny. He has speed but his hands are "questionable". He's been pretty decent for us this preseason though. I'd keep someone like him around, his combination of size and speed could only help us right now.

Yeah if you pause it at 1:47 you can clearly see VeGho's head to the side of Carrs..... It just seems like no matter how he woulda sacked him, it would be too hard and called a penalty.
