sup mike, looks like you gained back some weight. just wanted to say that i was amazed at how good you looked at the end of your season (no homo). get back to your ideal weight, man, and get the most out of your life. I'm like 7 lbs away from a 6-pack, but the worst part is that my cheeks get chubby if i have even a little bit of excess fat. I'm going to get lean, and I'm going to do my darndest to stay there!!

Danny actually lost 59 lbs while at home for 60 days. That was basically 1 ib/day and that was ridiculous as well as amazing.

I actually ran about 15 miles total with each of the contestants. Idk why they didn't show it. I probably looked too heavy for tv haha

I'm sad to hear he's not going to be there during the finale. I was hoping to see him interview the contestants the same way Coleen and Bernie did during the previous finales. I wonder who's going to do the diets in review BL recaps for season 9.

he's gained weight again. You could see it through his clothes while he was on screen. that's too bad. It must be so brutally hard to keep weight off. My heart goes out to him. Your fans still love you and continue to be inspired by you.
