Don't get me wrong - I think Susan Rice gave an impressive interview. The interruptions Joe made were appropriate - they helped clarify statements she made that could have be misconstrued; he allowed her to respond. A weak tactic would have been to talk over her without letting her respond; what Joe did was an appropriate journalistic response.
