NLP works. I tried it. I called a pawn shop and asked what DVD's pawn for. The lady told me .50 cent. I gathered up 50 of my many worthless training, work out and educational DVD's. Entered the shop. The conversation followed: I have 50 DVD's to sell or pawn. pointing at the box. She counted them and said I can give you .50 cent each. I replied, Excellent. 50 in the box, pounding it emphatically. She asked for my ID, I said again, 50 it is. She gave me a 50 dollar bill back with my ID, not $25.

You guys have some good insight. Here's MORE ideas. You may not have realized that Derren spoke to these women prior to going up with the bloke. At 4:36, his hand hitting the wall provides and AUDIO anchor. She begins to fall into trance from THAT MOMENT. Right now, as you read this, recall that Derren had to speak to both women before they complied. He was firing anchors done previously or in "pre talk" as the term goes. Powerful stuff here... that he does mates. ;)

i've averted db from being a hero because he's a showman, but one of the most clever and intelligent I've seen. I like scientists. but yes he's the most effective "suggestor" i've seen (probably ever) but I don't do his line of work. good.
