When she says Robert De Niro didn't talk much back then it's cause De Niro gets so immersed in the character he starts behaving like him during the whole shoot of the movie. For Taxi Driver, De Niro actually became a taxi driver in New York and worked the graveyard shift for 3 months getting ready for the role. He also lost 50 pounds and started listening to Arthur Bremer recorded tapes.

I think she is the most natural actress. She doesn't even do method stuff she just gets into character. I mean even as a kid actor she was like 2 times better than all the other kids. And she can make a not so great film interesting to watch just with her presence like Contact, Flightplan and Panic Room.
