Hi Searly -- More on actual practice of Movie Yoga, of course, in the book and on his CD. The elements of the self-discovery journey are similar to those underlying Holotropic Breathwork, but it is a different practice.

wish it said more abot the actual practice of movie yoga. Still don't get the connection with holotropic breathwork, which I have done.
