Hello ! very nice trains! I wonder, long time ago Maerklin used this letters SEF & SEH,before the 800-number.Where can i find out wath this letters means? I got one SK 800 and one MR 800. I was into maerklin for the first time in the 1970`.Im not sure but i think Maerklin only used the "new" numbers as we know today at this time. Can i buy a book or something? Grusse aus Norwegen!

Another possibilty is an illustrated Märklin collectors catalog, 'Koll's Preiskatalog" for example ( only in German)

Zwei Lokomotiven kostbar. Umzug sehr gut und sind groß.
Son dos locomotoras preciosas. Circulan muy bien y son geniales.

Die 50ger Jahre, those were the days. I had F 800
RM 800 and RET 800, and several of the Metal
Wagen (Zinck Spritz Guss). Diese kleine Modell-
bahn Anlage ist eine Schönheit. Nicht gross, aber
sie beweisst, dass kleine Anlage auch sehr
schön werden können. Funf Sterne.
