LOOK HERE!: "Blue tag" on my smart meter. On others I noticed that they were red. The lock tag looks like an advanced possible an RFD device? Still looking for yellow tags to confirm my suspicion that these are part of the FEMA RED / BLUE & Yellow camp got U tags. I looked on my mail box ... so far no tags other then the news paper which had 2-white and 1-red disk. I pulled the red one off.
