  • I would say that I hope Hovind sees every video that refutes him, but I am beginning to suspect that he knows exactly how much shit he is talking and is just in it for the money.

  • ~ Your statements about the Sheguiandah incident are merely reiterated falsehoods.

~fact is you are terribly wrong! - believe what you fancy if it helps you cope.

  • Before 1841 Dinosaurs were called Dragons. And they existed WITH man.

  • To all of you folks babbling on about creationism,

Lets see, the theorum of evolution is the most proven theorum in all of science. More then 250,000 published, peer reviewed, verified papers have been written on it, in 150 years. Yet you say you can disprove it, please post the published (main stream media), peer reviewed, verified paper that does this.

  • This is interesting. I decided to click the link in the description to the original video. Obviously comments and ratings were disabled, but within the description was a link labeled: "From the opposing side:" and a link BACK to this video! And there was NO warning so I didn't think to disable my BullshitMeter (tm) and it exploded, nearly decapitating my cat. Anyway, she's ok (cats have incredible reflexes) and I was able to comment back on this video. Phew, let that be a warning to everyone!

  • I was actually looking for info on Hovind's conspiracy that the Smithsonian killed thousands of people in order to turn their bones into 'transitional fossils'. If you made a video on that, our bullshit detectors would be REALLY in trouble!

  • the only bullshit i hear is spewing out of your mouth extantdodo:)

  • @TheBudman73 yes he just dont like the fact that hovind is right about the smithsonian hiding things and its not just hovind anyway that has proved this. but dodo dont want to blame the smithsonian because he likes it but he would rather blame someone else instead of looking into it for himself

  • Ad Hom's that make a good point; Are goo points:D thanks for the video.

  • Michael Cremo? I hope Mr. Hovind knows that Cremo is in fact a Hindu. If he agrees with Cremo, then he should, by logical reason, agree with Hinduism on reincarnation and Brahma. Oh wait, Hovind has none.

  • I can't believe that you missed the chance to say that having to rewrite books isn't a threat since scientists tend to rewrite text books as new information comes along, which is pretty frequently.

  • LMAO :) You atheist trash bags are systematic SCUM, I am NO Christian nor a Hovind follower, but I am proud that I can think for myself, without some Christian brainwashing, nor an atheist trash bag who thinks we all come swinging from African jungle trees. You are a dis-respect to human history and you have NO more of a clue where it all started than Hovind does. Go suck the dick of Richard Dawkins or another atheist liar, the lack of transitions LAUGH at your PUNK ass BOY !!

  • @EducatedRebellion101 You post comments like that and have the nerve to call yourself educated ? Pathetic.

I actually belief you that you are not brainwashed, how can you wash something that doesnt exist ? Live up to your nick and get an education, so you stop embarassing yourself ;)

  • "Strange fishes after Tsunami " very interesting video. "LochNess Monster CAUGHT ON TAPE!!!!!! " This is also a very amazing video.

  • Why would people get fired if what you say is true. You make no sense at all. I can't believe this. These are flat out lies. How do you sleep at night knowing you are going out of your way trying to deceive people. If you were in this field you would lie just to brown nose your boss, and eventually you would be faced with a creationist finding and you would fire the person who found it. Sad! I mean Sad! I'll say this one more time SAD!

  • Well if the science is a lie than why hasn't anyone refuted it in a peer reviewed paper. Because if they did they'd be famous for knocking over one the most supported theories in science!

You can't tell me that not even ONE would go against the "conspiracy", expecially some Christian scientist (if you can ever find one).

On the other hand, it's trivial to knock over the idea of a god because there's not a scrap of evidence.

  • You have never heard of a Christian scientist? Are you kidding me? You have never heard of CSE which stands for Christian Science Evangelism. There are tones and tones of Christian scientists. They use science as a form of evangelism. There are many different types of evangelists, and scientists are one of them.

  • Yes I've heard of them. Can you tell me if any of them have been published and peer reviewed in a recognized scientific journal? And can you give me an example?

Because we all know where Hovind got his "degree".

  • Someone made a very valid point. If you need a guru, and have no choice but to depend on a guru you have the perfect definition of a cult. When you say you need a degree in anything to know things, and only the people that have this degree can decide what the public is allowed to know, you have a pure cult. Science teachers have been fired numerous amounts of times because they mentioned to their students that they don't actually believe in evolution, but they believe in a higher power.

  • "If you need a guru, and have no choice but to depend on a guru you have the perfect definition of a cult"

I think you need to back up on that and ask yourself what sort of person needs a Guru. I suspect the answer is someone whose destiny it is to be in a cult.

You don't need a degree in something to know about it but if you have one you undoubtedly have a head start over those that don't. Science isn't a conspiracy or a cult. It works and cults don't.

  • Now we also have scientists that studied so much and they researched the details so much that they turned from evolution to creation. They say it doesn't make any sense for anything from nothing to have evolved in to what we see today. People loose their jobs. You know, just as much as you make an effort to study evolution where you can find resources on your own, you should make an effort to study creation. I have studied both sides, and I know which side is ridiculously wrong.

  • Can you name one of these Scientist to Creationist converters?

In case you're unaware you should know that Evolution is a fact (the theory is how it works). There's no dispute about our ancestors. Not only does the fossil record show it but so does every other scientific field that crosses its path... Genetics, Geology, Cosmology, they all line up perfectly. I'll watch the video you pointed to me if you watch this one:

    /watch?v=-CvX_mD5weM&feature=rec-HM-fresh+div

    Cheers

  • @warren52nz What fossil records support evolution? How do you know it is a fact when I know it is not a fact. I'll watch the video.

  • Are you serious??? If you deny the fossil record then we're done I'm afraid. This is stuff you can ACTUALLY go and see for yourself. The entire Scientific community accepts the fossil record, there are so many fossils they're overworked classifying them. Watch this:

    /watch?v=PbcCiia1kYE

If you still have doubts then I'm finished. I'm only interested in conversations with people who can still think. If your mind is firmly shut by religion then you're lost. Sorry.

  • I am well aware of the fossil records, and the only fossils that we find now days are from animals that lived thousands of years ago with different formations due to the atmospheric differences. Thus you will find giant lizards, you will find everything much larger than we see today. You will find giant human skeletons, giant dinosaurs, giant bugs, and so on... You can even find living dinosaurs today. The lochness monster is one of them.

  • Loch Ness Monster???? What are ya on??

Next you'll be telling me you believe in the Tooth Fairy.

Did you know that "gullible" isn't in the dictionary?

Name one giant human fossil that's been verified by Science.

Anyway what's the significnace of things being bigger in the old days?

  • What Loch Ness monster? Lots of claims, but every attempt to actually find it has failed to provide any verifiable evidence.

There is no evidence that humans were larger in the past. Where can I go to see the bones?

All evidence of a different atmosphere indicates a somewhat steady growing oxygen content from over 4 billion years ago but, there's no evidence of recognizable change in atmosphere since <7000 years ago required to support you bigger lifeform idea.

  • @drfoxcourt There are tones and tones of giant bones found. You won't hear about that in evolution class for obvious reasons. You don't know what you are talking about with the atmospheric pressure part. Did you know that sports teams have small versions of this pressurized atmosphere called oxygen chambers. People heal faster and live healthier when they go in these chambers. So if our bodies are bigger our bones would also be bigger, and also stronger.

  • Where can I go to see these "tones" of bones? Honestly, where? tell me. I would be highly interested in seeing them.

Re: high oxygen atmo, yes there are benefits to oxy chambers. There just isn't evidence of higher oxy levels ~5000 years ago.

Med research has demoed that being in a high oxy high pressure environment does not make bones any bigger or stronger. It helps deliver more oxy to damaged muscle tissue and aids healing of damaged lungs, no appreciable effect on bones.

  • @drfoxcourt "giant humans. they were real ! " is one video. The Bible says "there were giants in those days".

  • Oh please. Don't insult me by having me watching a video when I could go to a place and see them myself.

What collection, museum, or other display has these tons of bones you claim? I want to see them first person.

I have seen for myself significant parts of Smithsonian's and Peabody museum of Harvard's collections of fossils all confirming evolution.

I don't trust the Bible on biologic topics. It says bats are birds.

  • @drfoxcourt Haha! Refute your own beliefs like I do so that the limits are pushed and theories are proven. I knew you were going to say that watching a video isn't good enough. Now that you know about the giants research it. You don't want to though. If I were you I would dive right in with anything that goes against my own beliefs. I always do this with my beliefs. After doing so I find the bible being that much more true. I do this because I know that anything refuting the Bible is wrong.

  • I figured you would know of a place I could go to see giant human bones. The video doesn't indicate any place to go to see these bones directly.

As you know from viewing pro-evolution videos, the info in a video can be faked, but seeing the bones directly is hard to fake.

Have you see giant bones? Where?

  • @drfoxcourt I have not seen any first hand. It would be nice to see though. Here is one site about giants. I just found it. "Human Giants" By Garry Nelson. here is another one "Giant Humans and Dinosaurs".

  • You haven't seen any giant bones? but you wrote with such authority, I thought for sure you had.

From "tones and tones of giant bones found" to none at all. Hmmm.

Doesn't seem you refute your belief in giant bones.

It looks way to much like you MAKE STUFF UP.

  • @drfoxcourt Are you saying that people are lying about these giant bones? Are you saying that archeologists are lying about these findings? Do you watch David Suzuki, or do you actually put on a pair of flippers yourself, and go down to the ocean and see it yourself. We should not believe anything observed unless we observe it yourself is what you are saying.

  • No fossil record contradicts evolution. All of them supports evolution. How do you know its not a fact, when transitional fossils have been found even between homo sapience and our common ancestor of the chimpanzee. Remember, there is no missing link, yes we are apes.

  • I'll give you your first reference. Once you start studying the things I believe, I will refute with you some more. Watch this video. "The Flood: Compelling Evidence of Pre-Flood Atmospheric Conditions"

  • Ummmm.... Ooooooooh K.

Have you looked up Carl Baugh (the "Scientist" in that video)? He's as discredited as Hovind.

Anyway, there's a physical limit for the size of land animals in our gravitation field and it has nothing to do with the atmosphere. It's the surface area to volume ratio. If you think of an animal as a sphere (just to get the idea), its surface area is the diameter squared. The volume is its diameter cubed. Volume = weight, surface area = strength. Big animals are unstable

  • If you double the "size" (diameter) of an animal its weight goes up 8 times. Eventually you get and animal that can't survive.

Surface area gives you wind resistance when you fall, volume gives you the force that pulls you down. That's why ants or even mice can fall from any distance and survive whereas an elephant can't even lift all 4 legs off the ground at once. Big also means you can't get rid of heat fast enough. Volume stores the heat, surface area gets rid of it.Beached whales overheat

  • Well that is an obvious fact. Did you also know that large animals also like to be in and around water? Did you also know that while the canopy was around there was a compressed atmosphere with a higher percentage of oxygen. This means that while the animals and dinosaurs were around they wouldn't need to breath heavy at all. Are you stating that a Brachiosaurus could not have lived? I am baffled by your statement. Why does an elephant need to lift all four legs off the ground at the same time?

  • Dinosaurs (some) were huge. Pushing the limits of what's possible. Nothing to do with the atmosphere though. It's heat and physical stress. Same with people. If you're 8 feet tall you're going to have problems and die young almost certainly.

  • How is this? Why would an 8 foot person die young and not a short person?

  • Look at the giants we have today. They die young. For one thing being that big puts a huge strain on the cardiovascular system.

  • If you went to a real science class and paid attention, you would have learned a 2 fold increase in size means a 8 fold increase in mass. The twice as long bone must carry 8 times the mass, something bones have not evolved to do.

A 10 ft tall person is pretty well an impossibility (bones would collapse under the pressure. 8 ft people have nasty ostiopathic problems.

You'd have to change Earth's gravity to have taller people. That would have too much atmo lost to space. Not a livable earth.

  • @drfoxcourt If you are trying to catch the lochness monster good luck. Believe me, if there was perfectly good evidence of it's existence you would still claim it not to be true.

  • The canopy idea you are using ignores a >400 fold increase in atmospheric pressure required to hold up the canopy. Humans cannot, and would not, have been able to survive the pressure. There is no evidence nor physics theory that supports a canopy.

Brachiosaurs undoubtedly lived, just not under the conditions you propose.

Warren52nz's point was really that the math of volume and surface area ruin your "giant humans" notion.

  • Christianinanity....

  • We call it Hovindism, because unlike the theory of Evolution which is independent of a worldview because it is true, Hovindism relies solely on logical fallacies and falsehoods generated by Kent Hovind.

  • As I removed the switch on my bullshit meter/filter years ago on the off chance some sneaky bastard might find it, I was unable to disable it prior to watching this video, its now utterly clogged up and burnt out, it'll take days to sort it, mostly because that's how long I'll be laughing at this idiotic fraudster hovind before I can turn my attention to repair.

  • you sound like a closet homo

  • *ad hominem

  • :D :D :D

  • Good god, the sheer IRONY in Hovind's conspiracy is so damn thick it could gag a whale.

It's a good thing that dumb fuck is in prison. Him and his ilk are a mockery of science, truth, and reasoning.

  • It's funny though... even putting him in prison will make his followers even MORE attached to him.

"Oh my poor martyr, the Evilutionists are trying to get you.... Satan must be behind it.... blah blah blah"

They behave just like a cult. Is there any hope for them?

  • Excuse me? If you are stating this I am guessing you are a follower of the Darwin god? or maybe your teacher. By the way I'm watching this video, and it isn't a skull, lying once again. Once again how would a skull get down there. This guy doing this video is either flat out lying, or he is deceived.

  • "I am guessing you are a follower of the Darwin god? or maybe your teacher."

There's a BIG difference between Darwin and God.... Darwin actually EXISTED!

And yes, I believe properly trained teachers over preachers because teachers are armed with facts not fairy tales.

  • @warren52nz Why do you believe these facts? The only difference between Jesus and Darwin in this case is that Darwin was around 1,800 years after Jesus was around. Two guys with two different beliefs. One teaches salvation, love, and peace, and the other that life has no meaning and that we are parasites, and my grandpa is a monkey. Can you state one fact from evolution, and can you state the exact proof of this fact. Also if it is a fact, why haven't they claimed the $250,000 reward.

  • The "facts" of Evolution or more precisely the proof that we evolved from more primitive species is stored in Universities and museums all over the world. You just have to go and look. No words I can type will convince you. There are plenty of factual videos that may help but if you've got your hands over your ears and your eyes shut it will make no difference.

And the reason no one has taken Hovind's $250,000 prize is because he refuses to acknowledge the evidence. There's a video about it.

  • Evidence for Evolution. If you'd like to point out where these guys (and thousands of Biologists) have got it completely wrong, I'd be happy to hear it. But you'd have to watch them to do that and I doubt you will.

    /watch?v=5nj587d5ies&feature=email

    /watch?v=-CvX_mD5weM&feature=rec-HM-fresh+div

    /watch?v=PbcCiia1kYE

  • "life has no meaning and that we are parasites, and my grandpa is a monkey"

lol, that sentence saved me alot of time. I automatically know you're too stupid to talk to. Instead, I'll just make fun of you, hit-and-run fashion, for saying such a painfully stupid, inaccurate straw man.

  • Do you mean mentor? You have mentors, I have mentors. If you didn't have a mentor you wouldn't be able to learn from anyone.

  • I probably shouldn't watch this, my bullshit meter is internal and connected to my brain, this could kill me.

  • So is mine. Since your comment has been posted 3 months ago, can you tell me whether you survived watching this? I don't want to take the chance, I have a dog to feed.

  • Barely. Smoke a lot of weed before hand.

  • Oh damn my BullShit meter broke, I should have really turned it off....

And damn Kent hovin, he broke my last 3

  • Wait a sec!, the dude Hovin is a creationist!.I fell sorry for you people.

  • just out of curiosity I left my common-sense-o-meter running and it's off the dail on the negative side...

  • I STILL cannot get over Hovind's ignorance. Because of his downright moronic tendencies, I now have a permanent facepalm.

  • if only they knew how to use google

    lmao

  • Most of this came frome Michael Creamo the author of HIDDEN HISTORY.

  • haha, how could miners find an intact skull if it weren't placed there? it would get destroyed by the mining equipment, blasting caps, pick-axes, etc.... stupid Kent Hovind

  • LOL, bullshit meter! I love it!

  • I connected my bullshit-meter to my death ray. So that instead of overloading it charges the death ray instead.

... Which means my death ray is now fully powered for maximum extermination.

    Now to find some creationists!

  • *Bwahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!*

  • Be warned! They say they have an omnipotent god at their side!!!

  • Id tested my bullshit meters durability on ray comfort and recently on the politicians in the uk. The needle almost maxed out but this tosser fucked it. I suppose i'll have to view things using common sense now.

  • Holy crap, my bullshit meter just exploded! It's lying in pieces all over the floor! Damn youExtantDodo, damn you to hell!

  • He warned you....

But he didnt warn me to turn off my Sarcasm Meter... now it is ruined

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • regarding the opening of this video : does anyone know how to do brain surgery? I need it to remove my irony/bullshit meter! (mine's dual mode)

  • uh, yeah it's called religious conversion.

    Da dun tish!

  • Ah sometimes I want to be in the video to strangle Hovind for the ways he butchers science.

  • ur not the only one.

  • Is anyone else tired by now of the sound of utter contempt Hovind makes any time he pronounces "thousand", "million", or "billion"?

  • "Is anyone else tired by now of the sound of utter contempt Hovind makes any time he pronounces "thousand", "million", or "billion"?"

I was tired of it by the time he said it the first time...

And his protege PCS does exactly the same thing, which makes it even more irritating.

  • It is funny that you say that because I went on to mention that on a different post a few days later. Apparently I am not alone...

  • damn my bullshit meter broke have way through i thought it could take it.... what i get 4 buying american

  • ".. what i get 4 buying american"

My Japanese meter exploded before I could reach the off button, nearly killing me with the shrapnel.

Buying American is better for this sort of thing, they aren't correctly calibrated.

  • Wow, creationist IDiots are great at fabricating stories aren't they? Anyone seen Expelled?

  • Lies, Lies, lies, and more lies. It's all Hovind can bring to the table., Well, now he doesn't have time to worry about that, he spends his time worrying about dropping the soap...

  • Oh, don't worry, I'm sure he's making up a lie for when he gets out, telling how he converted all the inmates to christianity, single-handedly disproved Evolution, the big bang, and science in general, and probably had sex with the ghost of Einstein's mother on top of it all, all while he was in there.

  • "If only they knew how to use google, maybe then they would be a threat" 100% priceless. I still think that Hovinds' ice cieling theory, and the cold meteor, are some of his bes BS to date though. Thank you so much for making these videos :)

  • I forgot to turn off my bulshit-o-metre....

thats a goods week of cleaning ahead of me :)

  • Does anyone else see the irony? As a former Christian, now a devout atheist, it was the evolution-creation debate that caused me think critically about religion. Some Christians think they're shooting the devil in the foot by denying evolution. The reality is that they're shooting Christianity in the head.

  • Hear hear. Creationism has made probably more atheists than theists..

  • Yeah that's why the Roman Catholic Church officially embraced the evolution theory. They have many, many times been kicked in the head by science. So they probably felt a new one coming and they really are disgusted by the creationist movement in the US. Creationists are mostly of protestant origin, so from a historical point of view they don't understand yet that holding a gun to your head might cause severe brain damage. Although I doubt it would make a difference for this Hovind character.

  • "Some Christians think they're shooting the devil in the foot by denying evolution. The reality is that they're shooting Christianity in the head."

Funny that... AronRa made the same point in his 1st FFoC.

  • Perfect way to put it, how do they get it in there head that this stuff comes from the devil... Does that make science majors tools of the devil?

  • Hovind spouts his BS cause he makes a lot of money out of it. (And I'm convinced that he is actually insane.)

  • 2:27 : "And folks, I'm telling you, there are people that are so dedicated to that stupid evolution theory that they will block out from their mind anything that goes against it."

    lol.

  • Replace evolution by creationism and it makes more sense.

  • Half my brain suddenly stopped working for a few seconds. The irony! It was just too much for me!

  • Ouch, I missed the warning at the beginning and my bullshit detector exploded in my hand. Damn.

  • Go ask the creationist for another one. I'm pretty sure they're not using theirs.

  • jbbremerton:

We will not facilitate traffic to your asinine videos so that you can propagate Kent Hovind's lies and delusional conspiracy theories while refusing to allow people to point out the blatant flaws in such nonsense by disabling comments. Grow a pair; then, we'll discuss allowing your video response.

  • ROFLMAO If you are currently in possession of an irony and/or bullshit meter, we kinda ask you disable such devices! HAHAHAHA

  • The most laughable irony here is looking at the creationists own websites that tell other creationist/ID types to "ignore any evidence provided by the darwinists".

  • omg hahahaha i went to that guy and was going to send him a letter but apparently he has it on friendlock and disabled the comments on his video after 8 people started kicking his ass hahahaha gotta love those "tolerent creationists" anyone wants the letter i have it in my e-mail saved as draft

  • I'm laughing here like crazy i've only started the beginning this should be interesting

  • Hovind pwned himself this time.

  • welcome back dodo you rule.

  • This is why we need people like Extantdodo: it is very easy to misrepresent things and tell lies but it is very difficult to dissect each lie and correct it.

  • Kent Hovind won the golden crocoduck award. Potholer54debunk presents it. I can see why!

  • So, that ninth commandment is just for show right?

  • Whoah, I love this video. I set my lap top next to my bullshit meter and ran like hell. The explosion was awesome but it set me back $1,200. So, worth it.

  • I grew up in common sense England- my mind can't handle the stoopid...

  • I grew up in rural East Texas, so I installed redundant failsafes in my bullshit meter years ago.

  • Welcome back, justice, sanity, reason and presure prevails!

  • ... My bullshit meter is plugged into my brain, this is going to hurt!

  • I can't stop laughing at the crap he's trying to sell!

Tears are runnig down my eyes - Best laugh in ages!!!!

  • Goddamnit, my bullshit meter broke.

    Damn you, ExtantDode. Damn you.

  • I would say She gwan dah

  • Welcome back!

    5/5 and favorite.

  • "All personnel intending to handle high-energy bullshit-leaking devices may be informed that they may be informed of applicable regulatory compliance issues. No further regulatory compliance information is required, or will be provided."

And the cake is a lie.

  • EHHHHHH EHHHHHHH EHHHHHHH!!!

    Crap I couldn-ARRROOGHHH-turn them off in tim-ARUSODNGHEJCHFDIHFOUHADOFMNDLO-

In the news tonight a small LA community was wiped off the map by what appears to be an atomic explosion......5 square miles of this community are nothing more than smoldering ash.....the source of the explosion is of yet unexplianed.....

  • You broke my Bullshit meter!

  • I love that ending. I use APA format.

  • Their comments are disabled :(

  • Lol.

  • Dodos,

Consider doing analyses of Carl Baugh's junk. It should be very easy to do. There is a fair amount of Baugh on youtube since he has a regular tv show on Trinity Broadcasting.

Baugh and Hovind are friends and have done dinosaur "hunts" together.

  • Michael A. Cremo's credentials are about the same level of Hovind's.

  • FYCK@@@ Ny hnds ar byrnung frpm my Bullshit Detwctor 3--- expliding at 1;08~~~

  • Keep up the great work Dodo your doing a fantastic job :)

  • I didn't turn my bullshit meter off, I just set it in the next room...

You really need to turn it off. I'm wearing headphones, there is no way that meter heard this video and the dial is still stuck in the red. OH GOD! SO MUCH BULLSHIT! DANGER DANGER DANGER! zone.

Great video, nice bonus. I always enjoy these, and if I didn't tell you before. Welcome back to YT

    -H

  • "This burning in hell."

Oh noes, not imaginary unfun place, whatever will we do?

"Don't interpret that as nasty vicious Christians wishing horror on others. "

No, it is simply pedantic fear-mongering.

"This whole planet is indeed doomed. "

Doomed, I say. For when the chipmunk and rabbit lie next to each other as monkey and dog, it is a sign of the end times. The return of our lord, Minkin the Absurd, is at hand.

  • "The only salvation is with Jesus Christ."

Heresy. Minkin taught us that only by hopping on one foot while reciting the Illiad in its entirety can one find salavation.

"Basic Information Before Leavin Earth = The Bible. "

Basic Illiterate's Bool of Lies and Errors?

"The Earth is doomed - it's a mortal planet. "

since planets are non-living objects, it takes a surprisingly great deal to first bring them to life then kill them.

  • "Those who want to live have to be born again."

Aren't you a little old to be wanting to crawl back into your mother's uterus? Have you even considered her feelings on the matter?

"It's nothing different to what the scientists will tell you"

No, science has rather conclusively shown that you can only be born once.

"except that some of them deny the chance of eternal life."

Yes, yes, but no beer volcano for you.

    "Christians don't."

Oh, it's like you and thinking. You just don't.

  • "You're right, I'm neither an egghead or a control freak."

No, you are a typical troll, unthinking and uncreative.

"At least I don't support murdering innocent people and calling it this "care" plan or some other such lie!"

You are going to have to sober up a little; your rambling have become incoherent.

  • "At least I don't shut my eyes to ungodly abuse of young children (all in the name of child protection, of course)"

Is this supposed to be a shot at Catholicism?

"You think Christians are control freaks?"

Only when they feel the need to attempt to legislate their perverse form of morality.

"Look around you - the unbelievers are doing a pretty good job of suppression without our help!"

What has been suppressed, little troll? And, why would you wish to "help" in such censorship?

  • You left out rectal trauma. It's like being anally raped by ignorance.

  • Interesting how we evolutionists suppress information. Yet if you look at the microcosm that is uTube, it's inevitably the creationist zombies who censor posts, only allow the posts they approve, disable ratings, and even disable comments. I wonder what they're afraid of?

What a bunch of gutless, feeble-minded cowards.

If their faith was even a tiny fraction of what they claim, they would happily take on all challengers. Apparently, their faith just isn't strong enough to do that.

  • 47f0: good name, real short.

Every time I force myself to watch a vid spouting how evolution is false or how secularism always devolves into chaos and murder without religion I get ready to type my little comment and...they are disabled. So I post a message to them and they never respond. This is why they will fail. Open dialogue is like a disinfectant that kills the germs of ignorance and irrational thought...

  • Exactly Lionspoint. I was watching this hilarious video of someone apparently "destroying the theory of evolution" and I wanted to explain why it was a pile of dog penis, but the faggot Creationists dont ever let you.

  • "If they only knew how to use Google, perhaps then, they would be a threat."

No, if they knew how to use Google, they would accept evolution, and thus no threat.

  • I turned my Bullshit meter off, and set its sensitivity down to nearly zero, just to be sure.

It exploded anyway. You owe me a bullshit meter :(

  • "Hahaha, God is probably laughing His head off at the Smithsonian fiasco!"

What fiasco? A baptist minister propagating lies is hardly comical. Then again, perhaps your deity enjoys such dishonesty.

"I've always thought it was much harder to believe that we were all spontaniously happenings rather than created beings."

This is a rather pathetic argument from personal incredulity.

  • "But these egghead control freaks "

Why do Hovind supporters so vehemently oppose academics? What purpose does such a petulant ad hominem attack serve? Does knowledge scare you so much?

    "now they really are unbelievable!"

You're right, for once. The absurd claims made by Mr. Hovind are unbelievable because a cursory Google search refutes them soundly.

  • Yes, eggheads who know a lot more about the world than the control freaks who tell us to accept jesus christ or burn in hell. "Spontaniously happenings?" You're obviously no egghead haha.

  • I looked up that "World Explorer Magazine", it appears to be something in the Art Bell/George Noory category of weirdness. It's published by the "World Explorers Club". I hope they're not anything like the "Super Adventure Club"... :)

  • There are a fair amount of videos with Michael Cremo on youtube. He's just as foolish as Hovind.

  • I turned my bullshit button off but this bullshit was so bullshitty that it turned itself on and divided by zero, thus imploding the universe.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how much creationists - especially this Hovind clown - will just flat-out LIE, straight to peoples' faces. Isn't there a commandment which says "thou shalt not bear false witness"?

  • Jbbremerton responded to something I said on his video's mirror (#1 video response above). I asked if he was going to make any comments and try to debate anybody on this video. Wonder if he will?

  • notice all creationist nutjobs have to disable comments on their vids haha

  • great vid, subed... i like the citations too... verry important.

  • The internet equivilent of putting your fingers in your ears and yelling "Lalalala I can't hear you". I'll just disable comments so no intrusive reality breaks in. Amazing. Great vid.

  • Young Earth Creationists continually disable comments on their videos and channels. Their arguments cannot withstand the scrutiny of honest discussion of the science or alternate scriptural interpretations. They believe that censorship is a valid form of argument.

  • just so you guys know, the guy has disabled comments, both on the video, and on his channels, and has also blocked messages.

wow, really morla behaviour. you know someone is telling the truth when they choose to opress the right for people to exercise free speech.

  • I LOVE the very ending...if only they learned how to use Google indeed.

  • God is Santa Claus for adults (the gullible ones at least).

  • Is Hovind insulting Canada at 3:38?

  • You can't even send him a PM, unless he adds you as a friend.

  • You rock!!!

  • I always find it ironic that Creationists accuse Evolutionary Biologists of defending the theory with "religious fervor" (2:37) when they themselves are obviously guilty of defending religion with (you guessed it) religious fervor. Which is it Creationists? Is religious fervor something to be skeptical of or not!?

  • Not even sure the irony exists. How Hovind chooses to describe the manner in which scientists defend evolutionary theory is irrelevant. What's relevant is why they are defending it, and the reason is because they have measurements, observations, and test results that have accumulated over hundreds and hundreds of years at the hands of many experts within many disciplines of science, and they point to evolution. Scientists are well within their right to defend it with whatever fervor they wish.

  • I don't think most people are as affected by the personal jabs as you, and thus I don't think it would make the argument more persuasive, at least not to the people who normally view this video. I could be wrong, but based on the comments and ratings of this video I think I have some support.
