u can change the smith, John thing by goign to edit contacts and go to "view as" then pick john smith on the dropdown menu.

this is a horrible phone, if you type fast on the keyboard it lags and if you switch from protrait to landscape mode it lags. the OS is basically ugly, windows mobile is ugly. i've had this phone for a year and i hate it. going to android sooon, htc hero <3

open the back case u should see it near the battery, u need to turn it off first cause u need to remove the battery before u can insert u'r sim card

It should be in plain view just above the battery. My guess is you bought the CDMA version of the phone :-/

Yeah, in the windows tab there's a "Phone" setting, and you can write the touch screen to write the number ;)

Yes I believe it is possible to but a wallpaper on home screen.

And to remoce the clock to a smaller one you just flick up your thumb on the home screen! =D

Yes, Control+C and Control+V just like any Windows Mobile phone. (May require the virtual keyboard, unless there is a control key on the physical keyboard)
