I was referring to the "soul" style of singing that most African Americans use while singing. You all sound the same when you sing. However in the case of this singer, she comes off key a lot. I am not saying I am a perfect singer but for all you people telling her she sounds great and has a good tone, you're lying or don't know better. This is how people go on that stupid American Idol show and get made fun of by the judges believing that they are actually good..

well I know this comment was made long ago but in case u didn't know singing with soul doesn't automatically connect you with African-Americans because country singers have mad vocals and can definitely sing with soul, so let us get away from that stereotype. But other than that I agree with ur critiques to an extent. She could use some vocal coaching but she does have a nice tone.
