I am an active member of FPA Jamshedpur,,,,,,we have machine for sterilisation, but we want to know details of producing low cost sanitary napkins so that lower income group women also can use hygenic sanitary pads.

Hi, I very much appreciate your idea & efforts put behind this project & wish you success.

I've following suggestions to u. (These r applicable to compete with the J&J and p&G) 1) designing different napkin shapes like the big ones does.

2) Improving napkin pack cover. 3) Promoting this with urban gals so that it can spread like a wildfire (Not by spending millions of rupees through advertisements).

N.B:- Please provide hand gloves and nose protector to protect employees from dust or allergy.

Ha. Cloth pads/napkins are acceptable. This pollutes the environment and makes more problems that it solves.

Maybe hotter water and more education about the care of cloth pads is needed.

It would have been beter to have a machine to sterilise those. I mean, no offence, i'd rather use cheap, yellowed sanitary napkins than non-sterelised ones!
