@alexwestrum2014 Its on knothole island (you already knew that probably) so you need knothole island, after you get it walk along the planks from the weather monger's building then keep following the planks untill you see a general trader, if you are facing him then turn right and walk on those plank then I think its the second building, if you have and questions don't hesitate to ask I know that might have been hard to understand but its hard to explain. :)
