I saw your Blue Mario Bros. playthrough, and so far, that game is looking a lot more fun than this one. This does seem to hit too close to home to be considered a full hack. Plus, the blue one was much easier on the eyes.
I totally agree. According to the hacker, this one's incomplete, and will never be complete (he found the all-red colorscheme annoying too!)... plus I've checked out Worlds 7 and 8 and they look 100% unchanged. :(

I some how knew that for some reason that a Red Mario Bros. hack existed, but the weird thing is, I thought that it would be for the first game, not this one.

I found a zip file FULL of SMB3 hacks. Unfortunately, most of them consist of, like, replacing Mario with a penis or replacing the mushrooms with swastikas, etc...
I agree with Luigifan1091, and I really hate to ask for IPS files while I can try to get it by myself first, but this one does have too evassiveness. I can't get it...
