That's what I love about the DKC series... the advanced computer modeling and artwork is totally mind blowing. I love the picture and the music presented here. It's truly a masterpiece and forever will be a classic. Thank God I grew up with these types of games.

Guys, if you listen from 0:00 - 0:25, Its the exact same intro as phil collins' "In the air tonight" . Listen to the intro to both songs.

I guess the composer was a fan of phil collins.

DKC2 was one of the two games for the SNES that I loved the most (the other was Super Mario World). This brings back a lot of memories. Sadly, though, I never got to beat it because we gave away our SNES and got a Dreamcast (it was okay. Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 were great games, too), and the only time that I did beat it was when I got the disappointing GBA version, but I never beat it fully. Guess I'll have to use the VC (thank you, Nintendo).

omg that brings me back in the 90s. When I was a child I thought I could travel behind that broken ship after I finishted the first levels at that stage, I still think that would be great because just look how huge that forest is in the background I wished so much that this game would never end so I imagined where there could be more levels.After all the song is great so nostalgic ^^

I know what you mean, I wished I could go behind the forest to, back then to me it seemed like a mysterious forest, just waiting to be explored...

The same with the inside of Krazy Kremland. I always wished they could include 2 more coaster levels where that giant green croc hangs out of the wooden posts. Check out the Krazy Kremland map to see what I mean

I am glad to hear that someone has the same thought of it like me. Jeah the part of kremlings rolercoster were just great but dont forget the honey levels full of bees. I imagine myself how it would be to stick on a wall climbing up to the top and btw eating some tasty honey ..jamjam^^ .Now that I am thinking of it I cant remember any bad part of the game.

Nothing is bad about this game.

I mean, the graphics are absoloutely AMAZING. Soundwise is awesome too, like Stickerbush Symphony and this...

It's a pity I found it a bit too short. they could have made more levels in the Swamp, the Kremland, Gusty Glade (so many trees, could have made a few more forest levels.)
