He's singing about Isle de la Reunion which is a small island off the south eastern coast of Africa. He's saying "Reunion, island of sunshine and marvel" all these nice things :) Hope that helps a bit.
is it just me or is sakis trying to depict the sega dance in this? from la reunion, and mauritius?
