  • Btw, what chords are those? G A C D?? Capo?

  • Love this version Patty!!! The guitar in the middle is lovely!

  • perfect !

  • Very nice indeed!

  • It's the kind of a song that gets more meaningful the older you get. Very mature writing from Jagger/Richards considering they were very young when they penned this. This cover is very moving, sung with feeling. The guitar playing is beautiful too. Compare and contrast this with Marianne Faithfull's original version .... I think I prefer this version.

  • Beautifully done Patty, you have a made a cover song better than the original best wishes

  • Wow, fantastic cover....you did a great job....you have a beautiful voice. I enjoyed this very much. :)

  • Oh Patty...

As Tears Go By...(by Marianne Faithful) was my very first record. I remember going to Woolworth's with my mother and my brother and picking this out. I was only about 4 years old.

This song is so very special to me.

  • I read that the third songwriter (Andrew Oldham) discovered her at a Rolling Stones party. As they say, "The rest is history"!:)

  • I read the Stones didnt think they could write and that Mr. Oldham pushed them a bit- then..voila....history.....love playing some vintage RS- did some with "the band".....
