yeah, great for levelling up, but if when you get to lv 20(/30 with bronken steel), the things get rough, because you didn't got good perks... And this game is for having fun, stealing, giving away purified waters, massacre towns over and over with a lot of saves, pickpocketing enemies... This way you get to max level, then you see yourself forced to do the quests and, when finish, you think it was a great wqaste of time... so enjoy the little things, like a ripped-off rader arm, or eye...

The xp perk and educated are not too good in the long run.

If you take it as soon as you can (lvl. 4) and you have Broken Steel by the time you hit lvl. 30 you've gained an extra 78 skill points. That's pretty useful. And I'm assuming by "xp perk" you mean Swift Learner. This ones a toss up. It's pretty useless considering you'll hit lvl 20 or 30 no matter what if you play long enough. But if you take 3 ranks in it, you gain almost 1/3 more XP each time.

why do you get EXP for placing it and picking it up? do you like save the person or something? im level 16 and really want to get those last 4 levels, i've done almost all the side quests you can do without any add-ons, and ive gone around killing stuff on the hardest difficulty but its not working. i don't care how long it takes, i just wanna level up. also, caps arent a problem for me, i have like 11,000. gonna go do this glitch right now and see if its patched. thanks for the vid man!

better guide: save all your scrap metal, do the scrap metal glitch with 50+ scrap metal at a time, then go to the water plant in megaton and keep trading in scrap metal, for around 5 xp per scrap metal, 10 caps per, and the more the faster.

if you haven't already found out this is what you do:

Once you are a vampire you need to go to the church and talk with someone at the alter. They will send you on a quest across the country talking to different people. You will end up at a old woman's house named Draklowe. She will make you a potion, but first she will need a few ingredients. First, she will need 5 Grand Soul Gems. The Five places I have found Grand Soul Gems:

2)Squardered Mine (next to Draklowe)

3)Imperial Market (Not sure which Vendor)

4)Leyawjjn (Mages Guild)

5)Bravil (Mages Guild)

then you will need 6 cloves of Garlic, 5 Nightshade leaves and 2 Shoots of BloodGrass. You will also, need the blood of a Argonian and Vampire ashes form a Vampire named Hindaril. All of the ingredients can be found at various mage guilds and markets. The blood of a Argonian is pretty easy (there are the lizard people)

There is a bum Argonian wandering around the city of Leyawjjn slash him with the dagger and you good to go. The last piece of the cure is you need to kill a powerful vampire[he's actually pretty weak]. Darklowe will give you the exact locaction of Hindaril. Once you kill him she will give you the potion and a extra potion for a friend.
